Ham croquette

Ingredients:
  • 150g of flour
  • 150g of ham
  • 150g olive oil
  • 1litre of milk
  • 1 onion
  • Salt                                                        
  • 1 egg
  • Grated bread
  • Olive oil for fry

Method:
  • First you have to put in a frying pan the oil to heat up. Then you have to cut the onion and you put it in the fryying pan.
  • On that oil you toast the flour. When it has toast a little bit, you have to add the ham, very choped, you mix it and you add the milk and a little bit of salt.
  • You have to keep on the burnet, moving it whit out stopping during 10 minutes. You pass it to a dish and you leave it untill it gets chill, cobert by plastic film for it doesn't have crust.
  • You give form, making sure all the croquettes have similar size.
  • Then you have to pass them by eggs and grated bread, and you fry them in hot oil.
  • And then you have the done the croquettes!
